After months of rebuilding from the ground up, Konstantly 2.0 is finally here. AI-powered course creation, a reimagined editor, and everything we've learned about what training should be.
Most product announcements are quick bullet points with a "Sign Up Now" button at the end. But this is not most announcements. This is the moment we have been building toward for years.
Today, Konstantly 2.0 enters public beta.

The Story So Far
Back in 2023, I got frustrated with how corporate learning worked. Every platform felt like it was designed for administrators, not for people who actually create courses.
I set out to build something different. Something that felt as natural as sketching on a whiteboard.
I made mistakes along the way. I bet too heavily on tablets (oops). I made our interface too different from what people knew (double oops). I used fancy names that nobody understood.
But I also got some things right. The visual course builder, the Pathboard, let people create non-linear learning paths by dragging and connecting elements. No programming. No complex branching logic. Just visual storytelling.
Over time, I listened. I watched how people actually used the platform. And I realized something important: everyone wanted two things above all else.
Simplicity and control.
Those two things are usually at odds. Simple tools lack power. Powerful tools are complicated. I spent the past year trying to solve that paradox.
What We Built
Konstantly 2.0 is not a refresh. It is a rebuild. New architecture. New editor. New everything.

AI That Helps You Create
I wanted course creation to feel like having a conversation. So we embedded AI directly into the experience.
Describe what you need, like "Create an onboarding course for new sales reps," and the AI generates a complete course structure with lessons, assessments, and suggested content. Not a template. A real, coherent learning path tailored to your description.
The AI assistant helps you generate content, restructure pages, and get smart suggestions while you work. Describe what you want, and it creates the structure for you to refine.
Two Ways to Build
Here is a confession: our visual Pathboard was powerful, but not everyone needed that power. Some people just wanted to create a simple, linear course without thinking about branching paths.
So we built two modes. You choose the one that fits how you think.
Simple Linear Mode is for straightforward courses. Add pages, lessons, and tests in sequence. No canvas. No nodes to connect. Just content, one element after another. Perfect for quick training modules, compliance courses, or anyone who prefers a familiar workflow.
Pathboard Mode is for complex scenarios. Visual canvas. Branching paths. Conditional routing based on test results. Build training that adapts to learner choices. Create remediation loops. Design certification tracks with prerequisites.
Switch between modes anytime. Start simple, add complexity later. Or go visual from the start. The choice is yours.
The Editor You Deserved
We completely rewrote the page editor. Rich text, images, videos, shapes, and diagrams all live on the same surface.
Drag things around. Add media with a click. Format text naturally. The toolbar stays out of your way until you need it.
It sounds simple, but getting this right took months. Every interaction had to feel natural. I wanted you to forget you were using software.
Assessments, Reimagined
Creating tests used to be the part everyone dreaded. Hours spent writing questions, configuring settings, managing question banks. We rebuilt the entire assessment experience from scratch.
Six question types: multiple choice, multiple select, true/false, fill-in-the-blank, short answer, and long answer for expert-graded assignments. Each one visually distinct and easy to configure.
But here is where it gets interesting.
AI generates your questions. Point the assistant at any lesson, document, or pasted text. It analyzes the content, extracts key concepts, and creates relevant questions automatically. Not random fill-in-the-blanks. Real questions that test comprehension.
Control the difficulty level, from recall questions for beginners to application questions for advanced learners. Generate dozens of questions at once, then edit, tweak, or regenerate until they are exactly right.
Build a question bank. Save questions to your library for reuse across courses. Tag, categorize, and search to find the right questions fast.
Expert grading for when you need human judgment. Review submissions with clear rubrics and detailed feedback.
Configure everything. Time limits. Attempt restrictions. Random question order. Show correct answers or keep them hidden. Pass thresholds. The control is yours.
Media Made Easy
Every course needs visuals. We integrated Unsplash search directly into the editor. Thousands of professional photos, free to use, one click away.
Need something more specific? Generate images with AI. Describe what you need and get custom visuals created instantly.
Know Your Numbers
Creating great courses is only half the story. You also need to know if they are working.
Konstantly 2.0 introduces a redesigned Reports & Analytics experience. Clean dashboards give you a high-level view of your learning portal's health. Track learner activity, course completion trends, and engagement over flexible time periods. Compare to previous intervals to spot what is improving and what needs attention.
You can also see how course authors are performing. How often courses are created or updated. Publishing velocity. How effectively engagement features are being used.
No clutter. No vanity metrics. Just the insights you actually need to improve learning outcomes.

Why This Matters
I started this project because I believed training could be better. Not incrementally better. Fundamentally different.
Most learning platforms treat course creation as a necessary chore. Upload some slides. Add a quiz. Check the compliance box. Move on.
But I have seen what happens when training is done well. People actually learn. They get excited about developing new skills. They come back for more. Good training changes careers. It changes companies.
The problem was never that people did not care about training. The problem was that creating good training was too hard.
That is what Konstantly 2.0 is really about. Removing the friction between having an idea and bringing it to life. Making it so easy to create great learning experiences that you actually do it.
