AI Policy
Last modified: October 13, 2026
This policy describes AI features in the Konstantly Service operated by KONSTANTLY, LLC. Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and applicable DPA also apply. Other products operated by KONSTANTLY, LLC have separate terms and privacy notices.
1. Features and information sent
AI features can assist with course creation, questions, summaries, source material processing, navigation, narration and presenter media. Feature availability depends on the plan and workspace configuration. Using a feature sends the information needed for its request, which may include prompts, conversation history, selected course or learner context, extracted document text, images, lesson scripts, audio, identifiers and technical metadata. Do not assume only the last message or one uploaded file is transmitted.
Google Gemini is used for generative text, image generation, embeddings for search over workspace content, and related assistant and source-processing features, including the website help assistant. ElevenLabs is used for enabled narration and presenter features, including relevant text and media processing. The account used may be company-managed or customer-connected, depending on the configuration. Providers may retain inputs, outputs and metadata under the terms and settings applicable to that account, including for security and abuse prevention.
2. Training and provider account settings
We do not train our own general-purpose AI models on Customer Content. Provider data use is a separate question: using an API or paying for Konstantly does not itself establish a provider training opt-out or zero retention. Review the applicable provider arrangement before submitting sensitive content.
Google's Gemini API terms distinguish paid services from unpaid services. Paid-service terms restrict model-improvement use of prompts and responses, while unpaid-service terms permit broader use, subject to their regional rules.ElevenLabs describes account-level training choices; data may be used for training unless the applicable opt-out or contractual restriction applies. Ask support for the current company-managed account arrangements before relying on a no-training requirement. This explanation does not expand the content license or reduce a binding restriction in your agreement with us.
For your own Gemini, ElevenLabs or other provider account or API key, your provider agreement, region, billing status and settings apply. You control those arrangements and are responsible for authorizing the processing and charges. Select suitable privacy settings and permissions before connecting an account. Company-managed account arrangements do not extend to your keys.
3. External agents and MCP
Our optional MCP integrationenables an external agent you select to read or act on workspace data through authorized tools. Information returned by those tools is available to the agent and its provider. Their own processing, retention and training practices are governed by your arrangements with them. Limit permissions, supervise actions and revoke unused keys. Available audit records are not a complete recording of every action or subsequent use by an external provider.
4. Output, permissions and human review
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, unsuitable or similar to material generated for others. We do not guarantee that it is original, copyrightable or free of third-party rights. Review content and factual claims before using or publishing them. Our Terms address ownership and permitted use.
Obtain necessary rights, notices and lawful grounds for uploaded content and information about other people, including voices and likenesses. Do not use AI features to impersonate someone unlawfully or make employment, eligibility or other decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on AI output. Customers remain responsible for how they use training and assessment information; calling a feature optional does not remove applicable legal duties.
5. Privacy, locations and records
AI requests can be processed outside the workspace hosting region. A DPA and any legally required transfer safeguards must cover processing on a customer's behalf where required. Contact support to arrange these before that processing; signup does not automatically execute them. We record operational usage and certain audit events for service delivery, security and troubleshooting, but do not promise a complete record of every request or provider activity.
6. Changes and questions
Features, models and providers may change, subject to applicable agreements and law. Material changes in personal-data handling will be communicated as required by our Privacy Policy, the applicable DPA and law. Contact [email protected] for feature, provider or account-configuration questions.
