Copyright Policy

Last modified: October 13, 2026

KONSTANTLY, LLC responds to copyright complaints concerning material available through Konstantly. This policy covers Konstantly only. Other products operated by KONSTANTLY, LLC have separate terms. See our Terms of Service for account-use requirements.

Report allegedly infringing material

Send a written notice to [email protected] identifying the service and material involved. A notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") should include:

  • The physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list for multiple works at one site.
  • Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material, including URLs and enough detail for us to find it.
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address, if available.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.

We may request clarification, remove or restrict material and notify the person who supplied it. Notices and identifying information may be shared with that person or advisers as necessary to handle the complaint. Knowingly material misrepresentations in notices or counter-notices can result in liability under law.

Copyright contact

Our designated agent for copyright complaints, registered with the U.S. Copyright Office, is Konstantin Andreev, KONSTANTLY, LLC, 8401 Mayland Drive, Ste S, Richmond, VA 23294, United States. Telephone: (757) 447-4303. Email: [email protected].

Counter-notices

If material was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe this resulted from a mistake or misidentification, send a written counter-notice to the same contact including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the removed or disabled material and its previous location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located, or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which KONSTANTLY, LLC may be found, and accepting service of process from the original complainant or its agent.

When the DMCA counter-notice process applies, we provide a copy to the original complainant and inform them that access may be restored after 10 business days. We restore the material within 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless our copyright contact first receives notice that the complainant has filed an action seeking a court order restraining the alleged infringement. Independent lawful grounds for restricting the material may still apply. The statutory counter-notice jurisdiction requirements are not replaced by the contractual venue provision in our Terms.

Repeat infringement

In appropriate circumstances, we terminate accounts of repeat infringers. We may also restrict or terminate accounts for other violations of our Terms. This policy does not decide ownership of disputed rights or grant permission to use another person's material.
