End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") applies to the Konstantly mobile apps that KONSTANTLY, LLC provides for use with the Konstantly service (the "Apps"). Using Konstantly in a web browser needs no installation and is governed by the Terms of Service alone. This EULA is part of our Terms of Service, and terms defined there have the same meaning here. If this EULA conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Apps on devices you own or control, solely to access the Service as permitted by the Terms and by the settings of the workspace you use. The Apps are licensed, not sold. We and our licensors keep all rights not expressly granted.
2. Restrictions
You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the Apps; reverse engineer them or attempt to derive their source code, except to the extent law expressly permits despite this restriction; remove proprietary notices; or use the Apps to bypass security measures, access controls or plan limits of the Service.
3. Updates and support
We may deliver updates automatically or require them to keep using the Service. Features may differ between the Apps and the web version, and we may stop supporting older App versions, operating systems or devices.
4. Third-party components and app stores
The Apps include third-party and open-source components that remain subject to their own licenses. If you download an App from an app store, that store's terms also apply to the download. The store operator is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the Apps or the Service.
5. Termination
This license ends when your access to the Service ends or if you breach this EULA or the Terms. When it ends, stop using the Apps and delete them.
6. Disclaimers, liability and disputes
The Apps are part of the Service. The warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and Virginia law and dispute provisions in Sections 16, 17 and 19 of the Terms apply to the Apps.
