How Konstantly Works
The whole product in ninety seconds, and where to go next
Konstantly is one loop: you build a course, you assign it to people, they take it, and you see what happened. Everything below is a detail of one of those four steps.
The loop
Build. A course is a map of elements – pages, lessons, tests, surveys, certificates. You can draft one with AI from a sentence, import slides or a SCORM package, or place elements yourself. Start at create your first course.
Assign. Courses reach people through invitations, groups, or a direct assignment with a start date and a deadline. Assign a course to a group once and everyone who joins that group later gets it too. See assigning courses.
Take. Learners work through the course in the player, which remembers where they stopped and issues a certificate when they reach one. See it from their side in the learner experience.
Measure. Completion, scores, time, and which questions people get wrong. Start at reporting and analytics.
The three places you edit
This trips people up more than anything else, so it is worth stating plainly. There are three layers, and they nest:
- The course map: the order of things, and any branching between them. This is the course builder.
- The lesson: a sequence of pages inside one element.
- The page: the canvas where text, images, video and shapes actually live.
Read pages and lessons once and the rest of the editor documentation will make sense.

Prefer to watch
Every area above has a short film. They are collected in the video guides – twenty-seven of them, one to two minutes each.
